Mean Total Body Training Program
Our MeanTotal Body Training Program is the perfect training program to start getting your arms, core legs and more toned for the up coming season!
This program comes with everything you need to get that core & legs tight along an overall body tone. You will be following a 2 day split workout regimen with recovery days factored into either a 4, 8 or 12 week program. You will also have access to our exercise glossary where each exercise is broken down by easy to follow steps. This program can be done at home or at any gym.
You can lose up to 30 pounds with this program!
In addition, you will also receive access to our private Facebook community group to have direct access to our head trainer who will be here to help you through the program. The FB group is a great resource to upload pictures/videos for form corrections, ask questions and motivation. We can't wait to train with you!
