Look no further than our Mean Glutes Training Program! You can choose from 4, 8 or 12 week programs. However, you will achieve the best results by completing at least the 8 week program. You will see a slight increase in our 4 week plan as well!
What If I Just Want to Maintain My Current Weight/Figure?
You should look into our different online training programs. We offer virtual, hybrid and in person training. We also have custom fit plans that would be tailored to your personal fitness goals and weight.
Which Program is Best for Full Body Weight Loss?
Our Mean Total Body Training Program is the best plan for a full body weight loss. This plan can be completed either at home or in the gym. You just need some dumbbells and an area you can workout in your home! Most of our participants have lost between 5-20 pounds depending on the length and dedication they put into the program.
Do I Need to Workout Everyday?
In order to stay in shape, it would be ideal to engage in physical activity at least 3-5 times a day. Using any of our programs will help condition your body to become more active in your daily life. Other ways to incorporate fitness would be riding a bike, taking a yoga class or outdoor activities.
How Long Do I Need to Workout for?
Most of the Mean Vereen Training workouts are under 45 minutes. We have a mixture of HIIT, Circuits, and many others. You will start seeing results within 4 weeks!
What type of training do I need to do to increase gains and develop muscle mass?
If you want to build muscle, you will need to start weight training. When you increase the amount of weights used, the muscles fibers rips and the body starts to repair itself. While the muscle is repairing, it replaces damaged muscle,e fibers to form new standards. As a result of this process, this increases the thickness and size of the muscle! Gainz baby!
How Often Do I Need Rest?
To properly allow for your body to regenerate and repair, you should get at least two rest days per week. All our fitness programs incorporates rest days into the program. We follow a 2day split. What this means is, that you train all or some of the major muscle groups in the upper body on one day, and then all or some of the major muscle groups in the lower body on another day. After back to back workouts, you have your rest day in between.
What is The Best Way to Alleviate muscle soreness?
All our fitness programs comes with a stretch routine that should be performed before and after each workout. This will decrease your risk of injury, improve blood blow and circulation, increase range of motion and improve muscle functions!
You can also use a foam roller to act as a deep tissue massage. An alternation is to treat yourself to a bath with Epsom salts. You can also use ice for sore areas.
