Mean Core Training Program (Men)
Our Mean Core Training Program for Men is the perfect training program to start getting your core active and building chest muscle!
This program comes with everything you need to get that core tight along an overall body tone. Anybody can use this plan. However, the exercises in the Men core program includes strengthening and tightening the chest. Women should be cautious of choosing this program if they do not want to gain muscles in their chest.
You will be following a 2 day split workout regimen with recovery days factored into either a 4, 8 or 12 week program. You will also have access to our exercise glossary where each exercise is broken down by easy to follow steps. This program can be done at home or at any gym. However, for best chest results, completing the program for 8 or 12 weeks requires a gym for overall increase in muscle mass in the chest. This is due to increase in weight over time in the program.
In addition, you will also receive access to our private Facebook community group to have direct access to our head trainer who will be here to help you through the program. The FB group is a great resource to upload pictures/videos for form corrections, ask questions and motivation. We can't wait to train with you!
