A Quick and Easy Back Workout

Here’s an easy back workout !

You should do 4 sets with 15- 20 repetitions! Use weight that is challenging but not difficult.

This should take less than 15- 20 minutes in the gym.  

1. Single Arm Dumbbell Row ✅

2. Machine Cable Row ✅

3. Lat Pull Downs ✅

4. Dumbell Reverse Flys ✅

5. TRX Band Pulls  ✅

 

All exercises should be performed with proper form for the allotted time or repetition.

 

This is a excellent workout for anyone who needs a stronger/more defined back‼️
