Hey Ladies: Here is a Quick Leg Workout

Hey ladies here’s a quick leg workout to get those legs toned!

You should do 4 sets with 15- 20 repetitions! Use weight that is challenging but not difficult.

This should take less than 15- 20 minutes in the gym.  

 

1. Bar Squat 🦵🏿

2. Bar Hip Thrust ✅

3. Bench Sit Ups ✊🏿

 

All exercises should be performed with proper form for the allotted time or reps.

 

This is a excellent workout for anyone who what’s more defined glute/quad muscles‼️
